Regulatory Commission (SERC).
International Conference
on Beijing Electricity Regulation was organized by
the World Bank, the SERC, Asian Development Bank and
Energy Foundation in Beijing 17th Sep. This conference
focused on the various important issues, such as the
amendment of Electricity Law, framing electricity
regulations and rules, market construction of regional
power and problems existing in the international electricity
regulations.
