in the seminar of electricity regulation methods and market
access management methods for northeast power market
Sept. 9, 2003 Invited by the SERC, Eachtech sent delegates
to participate in the conference on Northeast China power
market electricity supervision and market access management
method held in the Jingbohu electricity training center of
Heilongjiang province.
The conference marks that the establishment of Northeast
power market has marched a further step.
