Mr. Yu Yanshan from SERC Regulation Dept. describes the mid-term target of China electricity supervision system from three aspects:　　
　　Target 1: Market structure;　　
　　Target 2: Form a uniformed supervision and management function. 　　
　　Target 3: In system, the connection of concentration and supervision should be reached.
　　 Mr. Yu thought that national concentrated supervision and management should be implemented to solve resources optimal configuration and break obstacles between provinces. Submit low-voltage distribution and electricity sales task to provincial government is also beneficial to develop the enthusiasm of local government. But the local government should submit to the central government, low-voltage market submits to the high-voltage resources configuration.
