May 10-11, 2204 SERC held a Conference on Northeast China Power Market Regulation and Opinion Collection. Relevant personnel from SERC, Northeast China Branch of SERC, Northeast China Electricity Co., Ltd, five power plants and other independent companies participated in this conference, and experts from Eachtech (Beijing) also attended this conference.
　　 At the conference, the experts discussed a series of issues: modification of Northeast China power market regulation, market red, limited charge plan and electricity rates balancing, etc. The conference also discussed on topics as follows: use of capital with price difference, assessment of breach of market faith, transfer of generation right, problem of subsidiary service, electricity rates transparency of non-bidding price machine sets and hydro power machine sets, annual contract and monthly contract, etc.Through discussion on disputed problems, all sides basically reached an agreement on the final modification opinion, which made the implementation of electricity rates regulation in Northeast China market gain a great improvement.Senior experts from Eachtech (Beijing) participated in this conference and discussed the above issues with other attendants. Eachtech also organized relevant personnel to learn and study the final regulations so as to maintain products to keep up with market regulation change and adapt to the requirements of market development.
